It's so nice to be able to get up before my kids do and get a work-out in without having to drive to the gym and do it. I get the same, if not better workout because I can watch what I want to watch on TV or listen to what I want on my ipod as well as know that this machine has my sweat on it and no one elses! I know, I am patting my own back, or at least Patrick's back for being the great technician that he is! I am a customer of my own products and I have to say that I absolutely love having a gym quality machine in the comfort of my own home.
