Serviced vs. Refurbished

When we say “Serviced”, we are giving the savings back to our customer for a chance to have a quality piece of equipment in their facility or home.  By serviced we mean that the machine is in great working order, runs great and feels great.  We may have gotten the machine in on a trade-in and rather than putting new parts and more money into it to refurbish it, we have kept it as is and made sure that it runs and works great.  We offer a 30 day parts and labor warranty on it to ensure that your machine works.  Once again, this is our customers best chance at owning a quality piece of equipment that can be serviced in the future for a great price.

When we say “Refurbished”, we are putting more money into a used piece of equipment to making it look and feel like it is brand new.  Depending on the shape it is in when we get the machine, we determine whether it needs to be refurbished.  We paint, replace any worn out parts, fix any electronics that may need to be repaired, change out consoles, and many other things to ensure that the machine is in the best working order for our customer.  Our refurbished items come with a 90 day parts and labor, 6 month electronic parts, and a 1 year mechanical parts warranty.

We can take any of our serviced machines and refurbish it for an additional cost usually ranging from $300 – $500 depending on what is needed.

Please keep in mind, we are primarily a service company so we only like to sell what we know can be serviced in the future because the manufacture still makes the replaceable parts for them.
