Exercise Equipment Service prides itself on the fact that we are a TRUE service company. We genuinely care about our clients and customers. Our number one goal is to keep your equipment running like it should and if it can be fixed, we do our best to repair it before having to purchase a brand new machine. We are thorough, clean, and organized. With over 20 years of being in this business, we have a handle on how to repair most equipment. We will give you an estimated price before moving forward with repairing your equipment.
Our prices for service are as follows:
$20 Service call for clients located within a 15 mile radius of 91730
$30 Service call for clients located 16 – 30 mile radius
$50 Service Call for clients located 31 – 50 mile radius
$65 Service Call for clients located 51-75 mile radius
What is a “service call”? It is our trip charge to drive out to you rather than bringing your machine to us. We are a mobile service company and we carry many common parts on the truck so that we can fix most problems in the first trip. There are times that a second trip is needed and we can discuss the charges when it comes to that point.
Hourly Rates:
Normally $105-$125/hour depending on type of job, but if you tell us that you saw our web-site we will discount it to $95/hour.
Most repairs or service for home equipment takes between 1-2 hours depending on the type of problem and equipment, If there is a problem with your machine, we will need to spend the first part of our time to troubleshoot what the problem is. At that point we will discuss with you a rough idea of how much it will cost to repair or fix the machine. We will not go further until you give us the go-ahead at this point. If you should decide it’s not worth it to you to fix your machine, than we still ask that we be compensated for troubleshooting your machine. Our time is very valuable and as we understand that yours is too.
**Prices can be negotiated depending on type of job that is needed. We also offer discounts when a yearly preventative maintenance contract is in place.
