The Precor EFX 556  is the dual action elliptica that Precor has to offer.  With the moving handles, this machine will allow the user to get an arm workout at the same time.  This machine is great for those that have knee issues or joint issues as this is very easy on the joints.   Telemetry heart rate remained available to the user with the use of a chest strap. All other aspects of the machine remained the same as the previous version offering adjustable cross ramp and smooth drive operation.

This elliptical allows you to stride smoothly while holding the handrails or moving your arms in natural sync, with or without hand weights.
